Avhad Fitness specializes in supplementary training for kids and youth sports teams. Teaching kids the skills they need to achieve high levels of endurance and strength while instilling core values of health and fitness. 

Avhad will work with coaches and parents to create a regimen that will uplift team spirit and coordinate fitness routines to teach fundamental lessons on the importance of an active lifestyle, good nutrition and working well with others.
