About Avhad Fitness

Robert Avhad began his path to fitness in his teenage years, using self-taught methods; constantly seeking greater challenges for his body.  His experience ranges from coaching youth basketball teams to providing one-on-one training. He has always had a passion for improving the physique, sculpting it for aesthetics while building its core strength.  

Coming from a Puerto Rican and Indian background, Robert's heritage has enabled him to learn a diverse range of exercises, from breakdancing to yoga. In addition to leading an active lifestyle, he is an advocate of clean eating and overall, clean living.  It is fundamental to understand that the body will only put out what the individual is putting into it.  

Leading a positive lifestyle is paramount in the physical aspect as well as all other aspects of health, including the mind and the psyche.  Robert's goal is to push his clients past the limits and boundaries they have set and become a better version of themselves than they ever imagined.
